Shipping
All KENSHO products are made to order — each piece is produced, inspected, and shipped directly to you.
Production Time
- Art Prints: 2–5 business days
- Tapestries & Blankets: 3–7 business days
- Rugs: 5–10 business days
Production begins once your order is confirmed and payment is processed.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and local postal services. These times are in addition to production time.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.
Returns & Exchanges
Because every KENSHO product is made to order specifically for you, we have a limited return policy.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described, we will gladly offer a replacement or full refund. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or defective item
- A brief description of the issue
We will respond within 48 hours.
Non-Defective Items
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that are not damaged or defective. This includes:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Color variations due to monitor/screen differences
Color Accuracy
Please note that colors may vary slightly between your screen and the final product. We do our best to ensure accurate color representation in all product photos.
